The last trip we took to Paris was amazing. It was the week before Christmas through the week after Christmas. Now this is a great tyme to visit Paris. The crowds were low, the Louvre was relaxing and eaasy to get through. The Notre Dame was wonderfully crispy cool and quiet. We did NOT go to Notre Dame on Christmas Day as originally planned and I am quite glad. We met some people on our trip to Versailles who did go to Notre Dame on Christmas Day and they said it was loud and full of raucous from tourists.
On Chrismtas Day, we walked through the Jewish district and had a wonderful day. It was cold, and if you look at all of our photos we are in coat, hat, and gloves for almost all, but, it is so nice to be in crisp air. We ate at a bistro that had been bombed in the 70’s by anti-Sematics and resulted in a few deaths. We saw plaques where hidden families had been discovered, and we walked through some really cool old building bookstores. My husband even got to have his picture taken standing next to a Bentley as if it were his!
During the day we would eat at streetside vendors, a crepe in Paris is a filling meal, you could call it a French burrito, big, full of good ham and cheese, and filling. If we skipped our brunch at the hotel, we would eat at a street vendor, or if we ate bruch, we saved our appetite for real French food at a small bistro. We really enjoyed every meal we ate in Paris.
My favorite stop was Annabella’s. If you like chocolate, then you MUST go to Annabella’s for a pot of rich, creamy, and veery decadent hot chocolate. Let me tell you, Godiva or See’s or even Hershey’s has no flavor compared to Annabellas.

On your quest to find the perfect vacation for you and your family don’t get bogged down by the unnecessary and trivial details that seem to surround any travel plans and vacation ideas that you have.

So, now that you’ve found your travel agent, and have checked them out thoroughly, you’ll want to be looking into what kind of cheap vacation packages they have. Especially the ones that cater for families. You always have the choice of going for an all inclusive package so you don’t need to worry about little details like meals, and airport pickups and drops. All inclusive might of course curtail your vacation places too much and you may want to look for some different types of cheap vacation packages.
Some of these packages can even be tailor made to suit your needs, and perhaps these are the kind of cheap vacation packages that you should be looking at. Whatever you go with though, you’ll be spoilt for choice and will have a number of prime destinations to choose from.
These can include such places like Florida, or Hawaii, perhaps even the Caribbean or maybe you’d prefer somewhere like Mexico for an exciting vacation. You can’t get any better than going for one of the many cheap vacation packages that abound these days, and with a little careful planning you just can’t lose.
